JNF/KKL “Operation Security Blanket”
We are calling for your support of the Jewish National Fund’s immediate and tangible “on the ground” response to the current crisis in Israel. Having just returned from Israel, Russell Robinson, CEO of JNF America, has announced the creation of “Operation Security Blanket”, a campaign to provide financial backing in three critical areas:

| Summer Camp for Israeli Children |
| JNF will fund 5-7 day sessions at various camps in central Israel. JNF will provide transportation, food, activities and security for these Israeli children who so desperately need a respite from the confines of bomb shelters. |

| Security Roads at the Gaza and Lebanon Borders |
Security Roads provide a safer means of access to homes, schools and businesses for the residents that live near the Gaza and Lebanon borders. Each road is critical to the safety of Israeli citizens and their children. The JNF is completing and building additional roads now.

| Emergency Response Vehicles and Equipment |
Emergency response equipment, including bulletproof vests, helmets and personal safety kits for firefighters, is getting into the hands of rapid response workers. Emergency response vehicles/fire trucks have already been purchased by JNF/KKL, with contributions made to this campaign.
